Ashley Martson, former star of 90 Day Fiancé recently underwent cosmetic surgery. The 38-year-old underwent a breast implant reduction and liposuction on her arms. Her procedure was performed by Texas-based surgeon Dr. Robert Najera. Dr Najera is best known as ‘Dr. Dallas’ on social media.

90 Day Fiance Ashley Martson Sharing Her Results

Ashley Martson recently had a major cosmetic procedure and makeover. She had her implants switched to a smaller size and had liposuction on her arms. Ashley said that she is feeling well and is healing better than she has with her previous procedures.

Ashley said ‘I had implants from 10 years ago that needed to be replaced and they were a little bigger than I wanted them when I got them done, so I went a little smaller this time,’ she explained.  She continued ‘I have a very tiny waist and I had a huge chest, so I couldn’t find clothes to fit me.”

Ashley said that her bust size was also impacting her at work. She explained “I own a hair salon and I work behind a chair as well, so overall I just did not want them as big as they turned out originally.” Ashley let fans know that recovery has been going “great”, she said ‘I barely had any pain and [Dr. Najera] did a great job, he really did.” She let fans know that she doesn’t plan to have any future procedures saying she is “done for now.” However Ashley did admit that she would “probably be back for something.”

Ashley Martson’s Future With 90 Day Fiancé

Something that Ashley Martson is extremely sure about is that she will not return to the 90 Day Fiancé franchise again. On the show, Ashley married Jamaican tattoo artist Jay Smith. Ashley and Jay were also featured on the  90 Day Fiancé spin-off Happily Ever After? Jay and Ashley had a very rocky relationship during their time on the TLC shows. Ashley has ruled out ever returning to a show on the network.

Ashley said “I did not love reality TV. I’m kind of a sensitive person and social media… I just wish we had been educated way more on dealing with the public and stuff before the show came out.” She continued “So it just really put a bad taste in my mouth, and TLC put a bad taste in my mouth, so if I did reality TV again it would definitely not be for that network.” Ashley claims that TLC does a lot of heavy editing which leads to the misrepresentation of story lines. Which resulted in backlash from viewers.

Ashley confirmed that she has no contact with her ex-husband Jay Smith. She says “I don’t even know if he’s alive to be honest with you. His tattoo shop was in my name, so last August the lease was up so that was my only tie to him, so I haven’t spoke to him since then.”

Following the discovery of a secret Tinder account Ashley and Jay announced that they would be separating. She said “Before the stories get all misconstrued I will just address it myself. Jay and I have made the decision to separate for good. I thought I was stronger and more forgiving but I’m not. Sometimes when trust is broken, it just cannot be repaired. I wish Jay the best and we are both on the same page with this.” The couple’s divorce was final in 2021.
