Last month in May, the former reality TV star made headlines for a charge against him for possessing CSAM! Well, further details about the same case are out now.
Mike Eloshway came off as a regular guy on 90 Day Fiance when he tried to pursue Aziza from Russia. Fans weren’t convinced their love was real as it seemed he just wanted a mail order wife. At the same time, the latter also implied that she was in on the deal just to procure a greencard. But they stayed together for over a decade and even had a baby girl. But things took a very vile turn last year.
The whole fanbase was in shock when Mike Eloshway had a charge under his name for possessing and distributing CSAM. Further details about the same have come to light recently. As per the federal prosecutors, more than seven thousand media files were on his Black HP laptop containing CSAM. Out of these, 4 were video files while the rest of them were pictures.
As per the new court filing, Mike Eloshway turned down the offer for a plea. It called for the 90 Day Fiance star to plead guilty for one count of receipt and distribution of child p*rnography. The agreement would have further lead to an advisory sentencing in prison between 12 years 4 months to 15 years 7 months.
Now if Mike gets convicted, he will serve the maximum prison time i.e., 15-20 years maximum. These details saw the light of day after the case file documents became public because of the FBI.

As per the earlier records, officials brought in an indictment against Mike Eloshway in June 2023. It was for one count of “posession” and another for “distribution” of child p*rnography. It earlier had very little details concerning the attestation against Eloshway. In March 2023, Federal Investigators had found that the 90 Day Fiance star used BitTorrent to be part of “the receipt, possession, and distribution” of such heinous material.

In his statement, he admitted to have used BitTorrent for over two decades and had recently downloaded a big batch of CSAM off the internet. All of these details are enough to support a prosecution. They will go ahead with the trail in the coming three days.
