Guess who could return for Season 12 from the Below Deck Season 11 cast

Below Deck season 11 is well underway, and while some cast members won’t return to season 12, there are some faces likely to come back. Captain Kerry Titheradge isn’t afraid to fire underperforming yachties such as Jared Woodin or Chef Anthony Iracane. However, the rest of the crew is doing a great job and they seem to enjoy their duties, leading to the likelihood of their return. Others provide just enough drama without jeopardizing the charter, making them a likely pick. While there are only a few episodes of Below Deck season 11 left, some cast members could possibly make a return.

Some cast members will return, but others should leave Captain Kerry and St. David behind. Barbie Pascual and Ben Willoughby are feuding after an explosive onboard conversation in a recent episode. Aside from this fiery spat, Ben has made himself increasingly unpopular onboard after ditching Marie “Sunny” Marquis for a former fling, season 10 cast member Camille Lamb. Chef Nick Tatlock is allegedly a disaster, and Dylan De Villiers lives for the drama. So, who will return next season?

Captain Kerry Titheradge

He Was Spotted Filming In St. Maarten

Eagle-eyed Redditors have spotted Below Deck season 12 filming, and Captain Kerry can be clearly seen waving to the cameras in the video. Redditor u/SVCatchinRays2 posted the clip, captioned, “Below Deck season 12 – sneak peek at the crew while transiting the Simpson Bay bridge. Major Spoilers,” continuing, “Footage of the […] next Below Deck (season 12) currently being filmed in St. Maarten. St. David and crew transiting the Simpson Bay bridge on April 28, 2024. Does anybody recognize the rest of the crew?” The captain seemed approachable and friendly as he smiled for the filming crew.

Captain Kerry’s return might finally spell Ben’s demise since Ben’s suitability as a bosun was questioned as the season went on. The captain expressed hope for Ben to adapt to different leadership styles, but so far, he remains obstinate in his choices as bosun. His days appear numbered unless he can get back on Captain Kerry’s good side.

Sunny Marquis

She May Have Been Spotted Filming

In the video posted on Reddit, there’s a woman prominently featured towards the front of the yacht. Observant fans observed that the unknown yachtie is wearing a hat similar to the one Sunny likes to sport in Below Deck season 11. One user noted, “I’m thinking that’s Sunny at the front of the boat. Idk that hat looks like the one she’s using this season lol,” while another said, “Wow – fantastic video!!! I can recognise [sic] Sunny and Fraser!!!”

“I’m thinking that’s Sunny at the front of the boat.”

Sunny has been through the wringer with Ben over the past couple of episodes; however, since Ben wasn’t spotted in the video, Captain Kerry may have finally let the bosun go and will give Sunny another chance on deck. She’s proven to be an entertaining and hard-working deckhand worthy of another charter onboard the St. David. If it isn’t her in the video, a new yachtie has stolen her hat.

Fraser Olender

He Was Also Spotted In The Video

Fraser Olender is the other confirmed Below Deck season 12 cast member based on the Reddit video. While much of the clip focuses on the mystery woman in the front (likely Sunny) and Captain Kerry, the person filming began shouting “Fraser!” and waved from the top deck. It was clearly the chief stew who responded to the shouting from shore.

Fraser had many rough moments early in the season, but it’s clear Captain Kerry is giving him a chance to right his wrongs. His difficulties began with the departure of Cat Baugh early in the season, which prompted him to get closer to Xandi Oliver and ice out Barbie. While excellent at his duties, Fraser has struggled to manage his stews effectively. During his tenure in season 10, conflicts among his stews escalated to the point of early departure.

Fraser has tried to keep history from repeating itself but encountered even greater difficulties this time, particularly in managing Barbie. Despite attempts to maintain some level of control, Fraser’s struggles intensified as he grappled with personal issues affecting his professional relationship with Barbie. It also seems he may have a romantic relationship with a charter guest. However, he will likely be back for season 12.

Xandi Olivier

She’s Fraser’s Sidekick

Xandi Oliver is Fraser’s somewhat villainous sidekick and second in command, so she could return if Fraser continues as the chief stew. She and Fraser have been united in their vendetta against Barbie and are on the same page. After the first charter, Xandi was promoted to second stew under Fraser and consistently showcased her abilities at interior tasks. However, Barbie struggled to adapt to her role, and Xandi and Fraser turned against her.

“Xandi’s behavior concerning Barbie edges toward bullying, but she is undeniably good at her job.”

Fraser and Xandi may be bullies, but their grievances are valid. When the pair were working on an excursion, Barbie was forced to complete duties alone, which was a disaster. It was unfair to expect the stew to handle all the interior tasks alone, but Xandi was hard on Barbie upon her return. Xandi’s behavior concerning Barbie edges toward bullying, but she is undeniably good at her job.

Paris Field

She’s A New, Promising Stew

Paris Field is still new to Below Deck season 11, but there’s no reason to believe she won’t return for season 12 after tumultuous changes in the staff throughout the charter. Jared’s repeated mistakes lead to his dismissal, leading to the promotion of Ben to bosun and the hiring of a replacement deckhand, Dylan. However, the interior crew also needed a new stew after Cat’s departure. A full charter later, Paris joined as the newest addition to the team.

Paris has proven to be a relatively effective stew and was even once engaged to Below Deck season 9’s Jake Foulger. Fraser also vetted Paris before her hiring. If she stays on Fraser’s good side, there’s no reason for her not to be invited back for Below Deck season 12. With a cast like a revolving door, any solid crew member who does their job without causing too much trouble is to be valued.

While the only confirmed cast members for Below Deck season 12 are Fraser and Captain Kerry, at least Sunny will also be returning. Hopefully, Fraser will also have stews Xandi and Paris joining him in the interior. Until casting is confirmed, there can only be speculation. However, it’s hopeful that Ben will finally leave the franchise.
