Preview of Below Deck Med Season 9, Episode 6: Aesha Scott Criticizes the ‘Annoying Rivalry’ Between Stews
On Below Deck Mediterranean, Aesha Scott has a mess on her hands. Her stewardesses, Bri Muller and Elena Dubaich are at war with each other, and there are no signs of letting up. In one corner, Elena feels frustrated about Bri’s inexperience. In the other corner, Bri believes that Elena is belittling her. That leaves Aesha in the middle trying to sort it all out.
Everyone watching at home knows that this animosity is a thousand percent related to Joe Bradley. Either way, it’s starting to impact the charter, and in a sneak peek of Season 9, Episode 6, Aesha made it clear how she feels about the whole situation.
Below Deck Med Season 9, Episode 6 sneak peek
The next episode of Below Deck Med starts right where Episode 5 left off, with Elena losing her cool on Bri. She made her opinion very clear that Bri wasn’t respecting the chain of command and bringing the group down with her rookie behavior. In response, Bri spiraled at the idea of being put down by her coworker.
Aesha has been doing her best to lend an ear to the employee complaints, but in the sneak peek, we see the drama starting to spill over into breakfast service. As if they haven’t already struggled with that enough as it is.
Like an expert, Aesha greeted the guest all while still comforting the extra-frustrated Elena. Meanwhile, her confessional interview made it clear how she really felt about the whole thing.
“Bri and Elena just have this annoying rivalry that is circling Joe,” Aesha said, before admitting that it’s difficult to squash.
“When people are emotionally distracted, it’s not like you can discipline them out of their emotions,” Aesha explained.
Ultimately, Aesha asked both of the ladies to put aside their differences until the end of the charter. The last thing they need is for the charter guests to catch wind of the interior’s infighting.
Aesha added, “Put on your game face, and let’s focus on the guests who are paying a lot of money to be here.”
