90 Day Fiancé Star Loren Brovarnik is about to undergo surgery and will be hospitalized

A “mommy makeover” is in the works for 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik, who detailed her plans to get the procedure on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

In a preview of an episode airing on Sunday, April 21 first shared by Us Weekly, the reality star opened up about her upcoming procedure, telling her friends that she is “doing it naturally.”

“I’m getting sucked and tucked and tightened and toned,” Brovarnik, 35, said, before explaining in her confessional that she’s “having a natural mommy makeover, which is basically a tummy tuck. I’m doing a 360 lipo from my chin, my arms, my upper back, my lower back [and] my thighs. And then I’m going to do a fat transfer with that lipo to my boobs.”

She then explained, “I don’t want to put anything foreign in my body. I am repurposing my body parts to go where they need to be.”

According to various cosmetic surgery companies, a mommy makeover is a non-surgical procedure that often includes a tummy tuck, liposuction and other minimally invasive body-shaping techniques.

After one of the other moms questioned Brovarnik’s decision, the mother of three — who shares sons Shai, 2, and Asher, 19 months, and daughter Ariel, 7 months, with husband Alexei Brovarnik — explained why “this is necessary.”

“I do have abdominal diastasis. No matter how hard I work out, it will never go back,” she told them.

Brovarnik then went on to explain that “because I had three C-sections in two and a half years, one of the lasting effects has been abdominal diastasis.” She added, “My abdomen muscles have separated and they won’t go back. It’s physically uncomfortable. I love my children, but my body just didn’t get a break. It was a really busy three years.”

Per the Cleveland Clinic, abdominal diastasis “is a common condition in pregnant and postpartum people.” It can happen during pregnancy, when the ab muscles that make up one’s six-pack area separate after being stretched.

“The separation can make a person’s belly stick out or bulge months or years postpartum,” the Clinic said, noting that it can be treated with “physical therapy or at-home exercises,” as well as procedures like a tummy tuck.

In September 2023, Brovarnik revealed on Instagram that she had gone through with the “mommy makeover.”

“The day has finally come, I’m getting a natural mommy makeover. This is something I’ve wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on, but it’s a little different,” she wrote at the time, explaining that her abdominal diastasis was “uncomfortable for” her.

“I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” she continued. “We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go.”
She concluded by writing, “Just like everything else, I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you.”

In September 2023, Brovarnik revealed on Instagram that she had gone through with the “mommy makeover.”

“The day has finally come, I’m getting a natural mommy makeover. This is something I’ve wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on, but it’s a little different,” she wrote at the time, explaining that her abdominal diastasis was “uncomfortable for” her.

“I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” she continued. “We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go.”
She concluded by writing, “Just like everything else, I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you.”
